自动售检票(Automatic Fare Collection,AFC)系统作为关键信息物理融合系统(Cyber-Physical System,CPS),面临前所未有的网络安全挑战.在基于现有《网络安全等级保护基本要求》(GB/T 22239-2019)的建设方案基础上,提出一套符合IEC 62443与CLC/TS 50701标准的增强型网络安全框架.该框架结合MITRE ATT&CK框架与攻击-故障树(Attack-Fault Tree,AFT)方法实现智能化风险评估,以应对隐蔽定向攻击;借鉴多级独立安全(Multiple Independent Levels of Security,MILS)架构及安全开发生命周期(Security Development Lifecycle for Cyber-Physical Production Systems,SDL-CPPS)理念,强化系统内生安全及供应链安全;融合零信任网络访问(Zero Trust Network Access,ZTNA)与智能安全运营中心(Cyber Security Operations Center,CSOC)技术,构建覆盖系统全生命周期的动态纵深防御体系.该研究为完善AFC网络安全方案提供前瞻性参考,保障城市轨道交通关键基础设施在面对高级持续性威胁(Advanced Persistent Threat,APT)时的安全、稳定与韧性.

As a critical Cyber-Physical System(CPS),the Automatic Fare Collection(AFC)system faces unprecedented cybersecurity challenges.Building on existing schemes based on Information security technology—Baseline for classified protection of cybersecurity(GB/T 22239-2019),this study proposes an enhanced cybersecurity framework that complies with the IEC 62443 and CLC/TS 50701 standards.This framework integrates the MITRE ATT&CK framework with the Attack-Fault Tree(AFT)methods to enable intelligent risk assessment,thereby countering stealthy targeted attacks.It incorporates the Multiple Independent Levels of Security(MILS)architecture and the Security Development Lifecycle for CPPS(SDL-CPPS)concept to strengthen inherent system and supply chain security.It also combines the Zero Trust Network Access(ZTNA)framework with the intelligent Cyber Security Operations Center(CSOC)technologies to establish a dynamic defense-in-depth system across the entire AFC system lifecycle.This study provides forward-looking guidance for improving AFC cybersecurity schemes,to ensure the safety,stability,and resilience of critical infrastructure in urban rail transit against Advanced Persistent Threats(APTs).
