为探讨极端干旱区有机液体肥替代化肥对滴灌棉花生长、养分含量及籽棉产量的影响,试验采用单因素田间随机区组设计,研究不同替代比例(T1:0%、T2:15%、T3:30%、T4:45%)下有机液体肥替代化肥对棉花生长、养分含量及籽棉产量的影响.结果表明:有机液体肥替代化肥促进了棉花各器官全氮、全磷、全钾含量的增加,棉花各器官全氮含量在全生育期表现为蕾∕花∕铃>叶>茎>根>絮;棉花生殖器官蕾∕花∕铃对磷素的吸收趋于稳定,吸收范围分别为 6.33~6.67 g·kg-1、5.79~8.30 g·kg-1、5.53~5.68 g·kg-1;各器官全钾含量表现为茎>叶>蕾∕花∕铃>根>絮.综合肥料投入,当有机液体肥替代比例为 30%时,棉花株高、茎粗、SPAD 值最高,T3 处理的籽棉产量较不施肥 CK 和单施化肥 T1 分别增产 34.0%、0.7%;相关性分析表明,棉花营养器官的干重、全氮含量与籽棉产量呈显著正相关关系,这说明有机液体肥促进了棉花营养器官的生长及氮素累积,进而促进了籽棉产量增 加.因此,综合考虑现阶段生产条件,有机液体肥替代 30%化肥:化肥氮 280 kg·hm-2、有机液体肥氮120 kg·hm-2为阿拉尔当地推荐氮肥施用方案,可以达到棉花增产、化肥减量的效果.

To investigate the effects of replacing chemical fertilizers with organic liquid fertilizers on the growth,nutrient content,and seed cotton yield of drip-irrigated cotton in extremely arid regions,a single-factor randomized block design was employed.The study examined effects in cotton growth,nutrient content,and seed cotton yield resulting from the replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic liquid fertilizers at different substitution rates(T1:0%,T2:15%,T3:30%,T4:45%).The results indicated that replacing chemical fertilizers with organic liquid fertilizers increased the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium content in all cotton organs.Throughout the entire growth period,the total nitrogen content in various cotton organs followed the order:bud∕flower∕boll>leaf>stem>root>lint;phosphorus uptake by the reproductive organs(buds∕flowers∕bolls)tended to be stable,with ranges of 6.33-6.67 g·kg-1,5.79-8.30 g·kg-1,and 5.53-5.68 g·kg-1,respectively;total potassium content across organs followed the order:stem>leaf>buds∕flowers∕bolls>root>lint.Considering the total fertilizer input,when the replacement rate of organic liquid fertilizer was 30%,cotton plant height,stem diameter,and SPAD values were highest.The seed cotton yield of the T3 treatment increased by 34.0%and 0.7%compared to the control(CK)without fertilization and the T1 treatment with chemical fertilizer alone,respectively;Correlation analysis indicated that the dry weight and total nitrogen content of cotton vegetative organs were significantly positively correlated with seed cotton yield,suggesting that liquid organic fertilizer promoted the growth of vegetative organs and nitrogen accumulation,thereby increasing seed cotton yield.Therefore,considering current production conditions,replacing 30%of chemical fertilizers with organic liquid fertilizer-specifically 280 kg·hm-2 of nitrogen from chemical fertilizers and 120 kg·hm-2 from organic liquid fertilizer-is recommended as the Alar local nitrogen fertilizer application scheme,as it can achieve both increased cotton yields and reduced chemical fertilizer use.
