近地面气溶胶中微生物组分的分布特征及来源解析OACHSSCD
Distribution characteristics and source apportionment of microbial components in near-surface aerosols
随着我国城乡一体化的推进,气溶胶微生物的分布特征与扩散机制因其所引发的环境问题而成为研究热点.本研究利用离线监测法对新疆阿拉尔市不同功能区微生物气溶胶的浓度进行了研究,填补了当前新型经济发展体系结构中中小型城市气溶胶污染的数据空白.结果显示,采样期间微生物总浓度季节分布特征为春季>秋季>冬季>夏季,不同功能区分布特征为工业园区(6 037.30 CFU∕m3)>商住混合区(5 790.32 CFU∕m3)>文教区(4 211.10 CFU∕m3)>休闲娱乐区(3 340.02 CFU∕m3).细菌、放线菌气溶胶的粒径基本在 0.65~3.30 μm,然而真菌气溶胶粒径始终保持在 2.1~1.1 μm.沙尘天气中细菌的物种丰度远大于真菌.因此,微生物气溶胶的时空分布特征是气象条件(温度、湿度、混合层高度)、微生物活性周期、人类活动共同作用的结果.
With the implementation the strategic layout,the distribution characteristics and diffusion mechanism of aerosol microbes have emerged as a research hotspot,driven by the environmental issues they elicit.In this study,the off-line monitoring method was employed to investigate the concentrations of microbial aerosols in different functional areas of Alar City in Xinjiang,which addresses a critical data deficit pertaining to aerosol pollution in small and medium-sized cities under the new economic development system.The results showed that the seasonal distribution characteristics of total microbial concentrations during the sampling period in Alar City followed the order of spring>autumn>winter>summer.In terms of the distribution characteristics across different functional zones,the concentration sequence was industrial park(6 037.30 CFU∕m3)>residential-commercial mixed zone(5 790.32 CFU∕m3)>educational zone(4 211.10 CFU∕m3)>recreational zone(3 340.02 CFU∕m3).The particle sizes of bacterial and actinomycete aerosols were basically in the range of 0.65-3.30 μm,while the particle sizes of fungal aerosols were consistently maintained at 2.1-1.1 μm.The species abundance of bacteria was much higher than that of fungi during dust events.Therefore,the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of microbial aerosols were the combined result of meteorological conditions(temperature,humidity,mixing layer height),microbial activity cycles,and human activities.
