胀果甘草开花物候和结实特性研究OACHSSCD
Study on flowering phenology and seed setting characteristics of Glycyrrhiza inflata
本研究阐释了胀果甘草开花物候和结实的特征,为其野生资源的保护和良种繁育奠定了基础.通过野外定点统计和观测的方法对胀果甘草的花序、单花和群体的开花动态、花粉活力、柱头可授性及结实等进行了研究分析.胀果甘草的单个花序有 20~30 朵单花,自下而上开放.自 5 月初至 6 月上或中旬单花在 12:00-17:00 开放,且分为 4 个时期,单花花期包括花冠闭合期、旗瓣展开期、翼瓣展开期和花冠完全展开期;单花花期 2.6~3.8 d,单个花序花期为 15~28 d;群体花期 30~47 d,划分为3 个阶段,分别为初花期、盛花期和末花期.在整个花期,单花的4 个时期内花粉活力与柱头可授性均呈先上升后下降的趋势.3 个样地中仅有 15.0%~30.3%花的龙骨瓣微微打开,即大多数龙骨瓣为闭合状态.花果转移率较低,从子房膨大期到幼果期,果荚中种子数目骤减.胀果甘草的单花和群体的花期较长,交配系统可能为兼性异交,花果转移率较低,果荚内种子数量很少.本研究可为胀果甘草的繁殖、保护和育种提供重要的理论依据.
In order to set the foundation of protecting the wild resources and fine variety breeding,in this study,phenology and fruit-ing characteristics of Glycyrrhiza inflata were studied.Regulations and records of flower morphological characteristics,individual flowering,population flowering phenology,pollen viability,stigma receptivity and seed setting characteristics were performed through statistics and observation during the process of flowering and fruiting periods of G.inflata.The raceme of G.inflata is axillary,each inflorescence is composed of 20-30 flowers.From early May to early to mid-June,single flower opened corolla around 12:00-17:00 including four stage,including corolla closure stage,vexilla expansion stage,wing expansion stage and full corolla expansion stage;the flowering duration of a single flower was 2.6-3.8 days,the flowering duration of a single inflorescence was 15-28 days,popula-tion flowering period was 30-47 days,and the population flowering period was categorized into 3 stages,which are initial blooming stage,full blooming stage and final blooming stage.Pollen viability and stigma receptivity of a single flower exhibited a consistent pattern of initial increase followed by decrease across the four floral developmental stages.In the three plots,15.0%-30.3%of keel petals opened slightly,and most of keel petals were closed.The average number of seeds per fruit suddenly decreased from the initial stage of ovary enlargement to young fruit stage.Both the flowering duration of single flowers and the population flowering period were relatively long,and the mating system was predominantly facultative outcrossing,fruit setting rate was much lower and the number of seeds in per fruit was very few.This study will provide an important theoretical basis for the propagation,conservation and breeding of G.inflata in the fields.
