益肾养肝合剂有效成分抗骨质疏松的机制研究进展OA
Research progress on the mechanisms of the active ingredients in Kidney-and Liver-Nourishing Compound against osteoporosis
骨质疏松症(OP)是常见的骨代谢疾病,其病理机制为成骨细胞介导的骨生成与破骨细胞介导的骨吸收之间的动态失衡,该过程涉及复杂且高度调节的细胞因子及通路.针对骨组织稳态的各种调控机制,临床上常采用降钙素、双膦酸盐类治疗OP,但部分药物长期服用会导致耐药性增强,甚至引发严重不良反应.益肾养肝合剂具有补气健脾,益肾养肝,强筋健骨之功效,临床上常用于治疗多种病因引起的OP.文章系统综述了益肾养肝合剂中各有效成分治疗OP的作用机制,旨在为OP治疗药物的开发提供思路和方法.
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common bone metabolic disease.The key pathological mechanism of OP is the imbalance between osteoblast-mediated bone formation and osteoclast-mediated bone resorption,which involves a series of complex and highly regulated cytokines and signaling pathways.Calcitonin and bisphosphonates are mainly used to treat OP based on the regulatory mechanisms of skeletal homeostasis;however,long-term use of certain medications can lead to increased drug resistance and even serious adverse reactions.Kidney-and Liver-Nourishing Compound exerts the effects of invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen,tonifying the kidney and nourishing the liver,and reinforcing muscles and bones.Clinically,it is often used to treat OP resulting from various etiologies.This paper systematically reviews the mechanisms by which the active components of the kidney-and liver-nourishing compound exert therapeutic effects on OP,aiming to provide ideas and approaches for the development of anti-osteoporosis drugs.
