高校可持续发展工程教育的实践样态研究OA
Research on the Practical Forms of Engineering Education for Sustainable Development in Institutions of Higher Education
可持续发展工程教育是高等工程教育回应全球可持续发展挑战的重要路径,其有效性取决于能否将宏观理念转化为系统化的实践样态.以奥尔堡大学"大型项目"为例,其创设源于政策环境、PBL 传统与大学使命重塑的三重驱动;其建构依托于价值统整的目标设定、多元主体的组织结构、学生中心的学习模式三者的有机整合;其运行依赖于真实情境驱动、跨界协作整合、专业身份转化三项机制之间的相互协调.但该模式也存在项目定位模糊、跨学科协作表层化、激励机制不足等局限.奥尔堡大学的经验表明,可持续发展工程教育应具备系统性、制度性、整合性、育人性等"四性",即由生成逻辑、系统架构与运行机制共同构成的完整生态;将宏观理念深度嵌入政策响应、教育传统与大学使命的制度框架中;构建政—产—学协同的任务共同体与跨学科知识生产平台;促成学生在真实情境中完成从"学习者"到"行动者"的身份转化.
Engineering education for sustainable development is an important path for higher engineering education to respond to global sustainable development challenges.Its effectiveness depends on whether the macro concepts can be transformed into systematic practical forms.Taking the"Megaproject"of Aalborg University as an example,its creation is driven by three forces:the policy environment,the tradition of PBL,and the redefinition of the university's mission;its construction relies on the deep integration of three aspects:goal setting based on value integration,an organizational structure involving multiple stakeholders,and a student-centered learning model;its operation depends on the interactive elevation of three mechanisms:real-world context-driven,cross-border collaboration and integration,and professional identity transformation.However,at the same time,this form still has limitations such as ambiguous project positioning,superficial inter-disciplinary collaboration,and insufficient incentive mechanisms.Based on the experience of Aalborg University,engineering education for sustainable development should embody four core attributes which include systematicness,institutional embeddedness,integrativeness and educational essence.Systematicness lies in the complete ecosystem constituted by generative logic,systemic architecture,and operational mechanisms.Institutional embeddedness lies in the deep embedding of macro-concepts into the institutional framework of policy responses,educational traditions,and university missions.Integrativeness lies in the construction of a government-industry-university collaborative task community and an interdisciplinary knowledge production platform.Educational essence lies in facilitating students'identity transformation from"learners"to"actors"through engagement in real-world contexts.
