县域普惠性托育机构服务质量评价研究OA

The high-quality development of county-level inclusive childcare institutions is a key link in improving the infant and toddler care service system and promoting high-quality population development.To scientifically evaluate the current status of their service quality and explore paths for improvement,this study took 20 inclusive childcare institutions in 5 districts/counties of Chongqing as samples.Integrating the theoretical models of Organizational Support Quality(OSQ)and Customer Perceived Quality(CPQ),it adopted an empirical approach combining on-site assessment scales and parent satisfaction questionnaires to systematically examine the service levels of these institutions in dimensions such as quality management,safety assurance,educational support,and teaching staff.The study found that the overall service quality of county-level inclusive childcare services is at a medium to low level,with prominent issues including incomplete quality supervision mechanisms,lack of process records for safety protection,insufficient support for infants' early development,and weak professional literacy and training support for teachers.Based on quantitative data and qualitative interviews,systematic improvement strategies are proposed:strengthening government policy guarantees and resource investment,promoting childcare institutions to improve their internal quality control systems,establishing standardized safety management processes,enhancing the professional development of teaching staff,and deepening the home-institution co-education mechanism to improve service accuracy.These measures aim to systematically enhance the overall quality and sustainability of county-level inclusive childcare services.
