百年重现期渤海风暴潮灾害统计分析与风险评估OA

基于FVCOM(finite volume coastal ocean model)海洋动力学模型,利用WRF(regional weather research fore-casting model)中尺度气象预报模型的模拟数据,对渤海 20 年(1987-2006 年)风暴潮过程进行长期数值模拟,利用广义极值(general extreme value,GEV)理论对模拟数据进行统计分析,对渤海风暴潮灾害风险进行统计分析.分析了100年重现期塘沽站、黄骅站等站位的最大风暴潮的累积概率,指出 10 年重现期塘沽站风暴潮最高水位超过 5.1,m 的概率为 100%,超过 5.9,m 的概率为 41%,超过 6.1,m 的概率为 10%.100 年重现期,塘沽站风暴潮最高水位超过 5.1,m 的概率为 100%,超过 6.9,m 的概率为 59%.数据统计分析指出,300 年重现期水平,在 95%的置信水平下塘沽、黄骅、曹妃甸和羊角沟站位的风暴潮重现期水位在前 20 年增加较快,之后缓慢增加并逐渐趋于稳定,其中黄骅、塘沽两个站位的涨幅较大.给出 100 年重现期渤海风暴潮最高水位的空间分布特征,100 年重现期风暴潮最大水位发生在渤海湾西部海岸,最高水位达到 7.0~7.5,m,需要引起足够重视.对渤海风暴潮灾害风险进行预测评估,给出渤海风暴潮灾害预警级别的空间分布,10 年重现期,渤海湾近岸的风暴潮灾害预警级别最大,属于红色预警级别,辽东湾湾顶和莱州湾湾底次之,属于橙色预警级别;100 年重现期,渤海湾风暴潮灾害等级为红色预警级别,辽东湾海域属于橙色预警级别,辽东湾湾顶属于红色预警级别,而莱州湾大部分海域属于橙色预警级别.

Based on the finite volume coastal ocean model(FVCOM)and simulation data obtained from the weather research and forecasting(WRF)mesoscale meteorological forecasting model,a long-term numerical simulation of storm surge proc-esses in the Bohai Sea over 20 years(1987-2006)was conducted in this current study.The simulated data were statistically analyzed by using the generalized extreme value(GEV)theory,and the future storm surge disaster risk in the Bohai Sea was statistically assessed.The cumulative probabilities of the highest water levels of storm surge at stations including Tanggu and Huanghua under a 100-years return period were analyzed.The results indicate that for a 10-year return period at Tanggu Sta-tion,the probability of the highest storm surge level exceeding 5.1 m is 100%,exceeding 5.9 m is 41%,and exceeding 6.1 m is 10%.For a 100-year return period at Tanggu Station,the probability of exceeding 5.1 m remains 100%,while the prob-ability of exceeding 6.9 m is 59%.Statistical analysis of the data shows that at the 300-year return level and with a 95%con-fidence level,the storm surge return levels at Tanggu,Huanghua,Caofeidian,and Yangjiagou stations increase rapidly dur-ing the first 20 years,followed by a slower increase that gradually stabilizes.Among these,notably,Tanggu and Huanghua stations exhibit the most significant increases.The spatial distribution characteristics of the highest storm surge levels in the Bohai Sea under a 100-year return period are presented.The highest surge levels(7.0-7.5 m)occur along the western coast of Bohai Bay,which warrants significant attention.The storm surge disaster risk in the Bohai Sea is predicted and assessed,and the spatial distribution of storm surge disaster warning levels is provided.Under a 10-year return period,the nearshore areas of Bohai Bay face the highest storm surge hazard risk,classified as red warning level(the most severe).The innermost zone of Liaodong Bay and the bottom part of Laizhou Bay follow,categorized as orange(high risk),indicating secondary but significant threats.Under a 100-year return period,the storm surge disaster level in Bohai Bay is classified as red,the waters of Liaodong Bay are orange,the innermost zone of Liaodong Bay escalates to red,and most areas of Laizho Bay are orange.
