咪唑基卡宾-膦/Ni(Ⅱ)配合物/一氯二乙基铝催化乙烯选择性二聚OA
Ethylene Dimerization Catalyzed by Imidazole Carbene-Phosphine/Ni(Ⅱ)Complex/Diethylaluminum Chloride
设计合成了一系列咪唑基卡宾–膦双齿配体,并利用核磁共振技术对其结构进行表征.将咪唑基卡宾–膦配体与 NiBr2(DME)(乙二醇二甲醚溴化镍)反应可以生成相应的卡宾–膦/Ni(Ⅱ)配合物;该类配合物在一氯二乙基铝(DEAC)的作用下表现出较高的催化乙烯二聚的反应活性和较高的 1–丁烯选择性.基于咪唑基卡宾–膦/Ni(Ⅱ)配合物/DEAC 催化体系,系统考察咪唑基卡宾–膦配体中氮原子上的取代基、Al 源、反应温度、Al/Ni 物质的量比、反应时间以及催化剂浓度等对乙烯二聚反应的影响.实验结果表明,当氮原子上的取代基为异丙基时,咪唑基卡宾–膦/Ni(Ⅱ)配合物/DEAC 所组成的体系催化性能最好,在乙烯压力为 1.0 MPa、Al/Ni 物质的量比为 1 000∶1、聚合温度为 30℃的条件下,乙烯二聚活性达到 2.58×107 g/(mol·h),丁烯的选择性为 86.77%(其中 1–丁烯选择性为 75.62%).最后,利用密度泛函理论(DFT)对不同的咪唑基卡宾–膦/Ni(Ⅱ)配合物进行结构模拟,从理论层面解释相应的实验结果.
A series of imidazolyl-carbene-phosphine bidentate ligands were designed and synthesized,and their structures were characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy in the current study.The reaction of these imida-zolyl-carbene-phosphine ligands with NiBr2(DME)(nickel bromide ethylene glycol dimethyl ether)produced the corre-sponding carbene-phosphine/Ni(Ⅱ)complexes.These complexes exhibited high catalytic activity for ethylene dimerization and excellent selectivity for 1-butene in the presence of diethylaluminum chloride(DEAC)as a co-catalyst.Based on the imidazolyl-carbene-phosphine/Ni(Ⅱ)/DEAC catalytic system,the various effective factors for ethylene dimerization,such as the substituents at the nitrogen atom of the imidazolyl-carbene-phosphine ligand,the aluminum source,reaction tempera-ture,Al/Ni molar ratio,reaction time,and catalyst concentration,were systematically investigated.Experimental results demonstrated that the catalytic performance was optimal when the substituent on the nitrogen atom was an isopropyl group.Under the conditions of ethylene pressure at 1.0 MPa,Al/Ni molar ratio of 1 000∶1,and polymerization temperature at 30℃,the ethylene dimerization activity reached 2.58×107 g/(mol·h),with a butene selectivity of 86.77%(of which 1-butene selectivity was up to 75.62%).Finally,density functional theory(DFT)calculations were employed to simulate the structures of different imidazolyl-carbene-phosphine/Ni(Ⅱ)complexes,thus providing a theoretical explanation for the experimental results observed.
