氢键有机框架(HOF)材料具有可设计孔结构、高比表面积、溶液可加工与生物相容性等特点,可通过配体选择与组装展现不同性能.本文从智能包装的角度阐述 HOF 材料优异的气体吸附与传感检测功能,HOF 材料可选择性地吸附包装内气体、调节包装气氛,实现对包装内产品的动态监测.探讨 HOF 材料在智能包装中的发展趋势,指出未来仍需进一步研究HOF材料的结构稳定性与精准合成工艺,以实现其高效制备,推动其在智能包装领域的应用.

Hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks(HOF)materials possess the characteristics of designable pore structures,high specific surface area,solution processability,and biocompatibility,and can exhibit diverse performances through the selection and assembly of ligands.This article elaborates on the exceptional gas adsorption and sensing capabilities of HOF from the perspective of intelligent packaging.HOF can selectively adsorb gases within the packaging to regulate the internal atmosphere and enable dynamic monitoring of the packaged products.It further discusses the development trends of HOF in intelligent packaging,emphasizing that future efforts should focus on enhancing the structural stability of HOF and develop-ing precise synthesis techniques to achieve efficient fabrication,thereby promoting the applications of HOF in the field of intelligent packaging.
