翻耕方式与拌种剂对冬小麦产量形成与茎基腐病防治的影响OA
The Effects of Ploughing Methods and Seed Dressing Agents on Winter Wheat Yield Formation and Fusarium Crown Rot Control
为明确土壤翻耕方式与拌种剂对冬小麦产量与茎基腐病防治的影响,以确定冬小麦绿色生产模式,采用二因素随区组试验设计,因素 1 耕作方式为旋耕和深翻,因素 2 拌种剂分别为 33%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪(T1)、27.2%氟环菌·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪FS(T2)和60%戊唑醇FS+30%噻虫嗪FS(T3),测定分蘖、产量及其构成因素与茎基腐病病情指数.结果表明:深翻比旋耕基本苗和穗数增加 3.5%和 3.4%,拔节期根数增加 0.83 根,根长增长 0.58 cm,千粒质量增加 3.7%,产量明显增产 10.1%,茎腐病防治效果显著增加 37.1%;拌种剂对基本苗及分蘖无显著影响,拔节期 T3 处理比 T1 和 T2 处理根数增加 0.95、0.25 根,根长增长0.23、0.46 cm,T2和T3处理产量比T1增产5.5%、5.6%,T2种衣剂比T1和T3茎腐病防治效果显著增加 32.6%和 21.3%.在本试验条件下,冬小麦采用深翻方式加 27.2%氟环菌·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪 FS拌种剂可以实现增产与和茎腐病防治的同步提升,可进一步推广应用.
To clarify the effects of soil ploughing methods and seed dressing agents on the winter wheat yield formation and Fusarium crown rot control,and to determine the green production model for winter wheat,this study adopted a two-factor experimental design.Factor 1 was the ploughing methods of rotary tillage and deep ploughing.Factor 2 was the coating agents of 33%fenoconazole flufeni-trile thiamethoxam(T1),27.2%flufenitrile thiamethoxam FS(T2),and 60%tebuconazole FS+30%thiamethoxam FS(T3),respective-ly.Determined tillering,yield and its composing factors,and the disease index of Fusarium crown rot.The results showed that com-pared with rotary tillage,deep tillage increased the basic seedlings number and panicles number by 3.5%and 3.4%respectively,the roots number and length at the jointing stage increased by 0.83 roots and 0.58 cm,the 1 000-grain weight increased by 3.7%,the yield significantly increased by 10.1%,and the control effect of Fusarium crown rot significantly increased by 37.1%.The seed dress-ing agent had no significant effect on the basic seedlings and tillers.At the jointing stage,the number of roots in the T3 treatment in-creased by 0.95 roots and 0.25 roots respectively compared to T1 and T2 treatments,and the root length increased by 0.23 cm and 0.46 cm respectively.The yield of T2 and T3 treatments increased by 5.5%and 5.6%,respectively,compared with T1.The control effect of the T2 seed coating agent on Fusarium crown rot was significantly increased by 32.6%and 21.3%,respectively,compared with T1 and T3.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,winter wheat can achieve simultaneous improvement in yield and Fusarium crown rot control by using deep ploughing and applying 27.2%clothianidin FS seed dressing agent,which can be fur-ther promoted and applied.
