移动密集烤房应用现状及发展方向OA
Application Status and Development Trends of Mobile Bulk Curing Barns
随着现代烟草农业的快速发展及烟区动态转移、轮作布局优化,原有固定式烤房已难以适配产业调整需求,移动密集烤房正逐步取代传统固定式烤房,成为提升烟叶质量、降低生产成本和适应烟区动态变化的关键设施.本研究系统分析了移动密集烤房研究进展、应用成效及未来趋势.在材料结构方面,通过使用彩钢夹芯板复合材料和轻钢结构等新型建材结合,提升了烤房的保温保湿性能.在能源供给方面,构建了涵盖生物质、太阳能、空气源热泵、陶瓷厚膜热源、电能、纳米红外等多元化的清洁能源,降低了对传统燃煤的依赖.在智能控制方面,依托物联网和 AI 控制器,实现烘烤环境远程实时监测、控制和调整,基于数据分析生成"定制化慧烤"烘烤工艺曲线.研究结果表明,通过材料结构优化、能源多元化和智能控制系统的集成,移动密集烤房在保温性能、能耗效率、烟叶品质提升等方面表现突出,烘烤成本显著降低,上等烟比例显著提高.未来,移动密集烤房将向深度智能化控制、绿色材料创新和多功能适应性方向发展,为烟草产业的可持续发展提供技术支撑.本研究结果为移动密集烤房的进一步研究、优化和推广提供了理论参考.
The original fixed-type curing barns had become unable to meet the demands of production of flue-cured tobacco with the rapid development of modern tobacco agriculture and the dynamic shift of tobacco-growing areas as well as the optimization of rotation layouts adjustments.Traditional fixed curing barns were gradually replaced by mobile bulk curing barns with the rapid development of modern tobacco agriculture and the transfer of tobacco-growing areas.Mobile bulk curing barns is a key facility for improving tobacco leaf quality,reducing production costs,and adapting to dynamic changes in tobacco regions.This paper systematically analyzed the research progress,application effectiveness,and future trends of mobile bulk curing barns.In terms of materials and structure,the adoption of new building materials had significantly enhanced the thermal insulation and moisture retention performance of the barns such as color steel sandwich composite material light steel structures.Regarding energy supply,a diversified clean energy system had been established effectively reducing reliance on traditional coal such as encompassing biomass,solar energy,air-source heat pumps,ceramic thick-film heat sources,electricity,and nanometer infrared technology.Concerning intelligent control,real-time remote mon-itoring,control and adjustment of curing environments were realized by the Internet of Things and AI controllers,while"customized smart curing"process curves were generated by data-driven analysis.Research indicated that mobile bulk curing barns demonstrated significant advantages in thermal insulation performance,energy efficiency,and tobacco leaf quality improvement through structural optimization,energy diversification,and integration of intelligent control systems.Curing costs were notably reduced,the proportion of first-grade tobacco leaves was significantly increased.In the future,mobile bulk curing barns would evolve toward intelligent control,green material innovation,and multi-functional adaptability,that would provide technical support for the sustainable development of the tobacco industry.The results prouide theoretical references for further research,optimization,and promotion of mobile bulk curing barns.
