为明确在常规施肥基础上增施葡萄糖和草酸对低养分盐渍化棉田棉花生长与产量形成的影响,开展了连续 2 年的田间定位试验.试验采用完全随机设计,在常规施肥(CK)基础上,设置增施草酸(AC100%)、增施葡萄糖(GL100%)、混合增施葡萄糖与草酸(GL50%+AC50%)4 个处理,外源物质通过膜下滴灌分次施入,测定出苗率、株高、茎粗、干物质积累与分配以及产量构成因素.结果表明:不同年份、不同处理对棉花出苗率的影响显著,2025 年 GL100%处理和 GL50%+AC50%处理棉花的出苗率分别较 CK 提高 19.60%和 29.56%;2024-2025 年,棉花吐絮期株高均以 GL50%+AC50%处理最高,较 CK 提高约 12.14%~15.12%,茎粗以 GL100%最大,较CK 提高约 19.92%~21.91%;吐絮期单株干物质量整体以 GL100%处理优势最为突出,其单株总干物质量与棉铃干物质量显著提高;籽棉产量均以 GL50%+AC50%处理最高,较 CK 分别增产 56.63%(2024 年)和 66.34%(2025 年).综上,在常规施肥基础上增施葡萄糖和草酸可促进低养分、盐渍化条件下棉花出苗、生长及产量形成,其中 GL50%+AC50%处理综合表现最优,具有稳产增产潜力.

To clarify the effects of additional glucose and oxalic acid application on cotton growth and yield formation in a low-nutrient saline cotton field under conventional fertilization,a two-year field experiment was conducted.A completely randomized design was adopted with four treatments:CK(conventional fertilization only),AC100%(conventional fertilization+oxalic acid),GL100%(con-ventional fertilization+glucose),and GL50%+AC50%(conventional fertilization+glucose+oxalic acid).Glucose and oxalic acid were applied in split doses through drip irrigation under plastic mulch.Seedling emergence rate,plant height,stem diameter,dry matter ac-cumulation and partitioning,and yield components were measured.The seedling emergence rate was significantly affected by year and treatment.In 2025,the emergence rate under GL100%and GL50%+AC50%was significantly increased by 19.60%and 29.56%,re-spectively,compared with that under CK.At the boll-opening stage,the greatest plant height was observed under GL50%+AC50%in both years,being about 12.14%-15.12%higher than that under CK,whereas the largest stem diameter was recorded under GL100%,being 19.92%-21.91%higher than that under CK.A more pronounced advantage in dry matter accumulation per plant was shown under GL100%,and both total dry matter per plant and boll dry matter were significantly increased.The highest seed cotton yield was obtained under GL50%+AC50%in both years,with increases of 56.63%in 2024 and 66.34%in 2025 relative to CK.In conclusion,additional application of glucose and oxalic acid on the basis of conventional fertilization promotes cotton emergence,growth,and yield formation under low-nutrient saline conditions,and GL50%+AC50%shows the best overall performance.
