Introduction Performance of Soybean Germplasm Resources from Different Sources in Changsha Region
为评估长沙地区引种大豆种质资源的农艺性状及产量表现,并为当地大豆品种筛选提供理论依据,采用随机区组设计,对 38 份大豆种质资源进行田间观测,测定其物候期、农艺性状及产量指标,并利用相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数法进行综合评价.结果表明,参试品种生育期变异范围为 85~124 d,以晚熟和早熟类型为主;农艺性状变异广泛,株高、茎粗、单株粒质量等指标差异显著.相关性分析显示,单株有效荚数、单株粒数与单株粒质量呈极显著正相关,而百粒质量与粒数存在负相关.主成分分析提取 5个主成分,成分累计值为 87.583%,影响产量的主要性状有单株有效荚数、单株粒数、二粒荚数、三粒荚数.隶属函数分析得出综合评价值 D,其中品种'南农 47''龙河大黑豆''龙河大籽黄''油豆 6019'的 D 值较高,分别为 0.656、0.646、0.640、0.611,表明其综合性状优良.产量分析显示,品种'郑 1311''南农 60''皖宿 112''油豆 6019''南农 47'产量位居前 5,单产均超过 4 000 kg·hm-2.研究认为,品种'油豆6019'在综合性状评价和实际产量方面均表现突出,而高产特性与农艺性状综合评价结果存在部分协同效应与差异.综上,推荐'郑 1311''南农 60''皖宿 112''油豆 6019''南农 47'作为长沙地区具有高产潜力的优选引种材料.
To provide a theoretical basis for selecting soybean varieties in the Changsha area,the agronomic traits and yield perfor-mance of introduced soybean germplasm resources were evaluated.Using a randomized block design,38 soybean germplasm resources were observed in the field,with phenological periods,agronomic traits,and yield indicators measured.Comprehensive evaluations were conducted using correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and membership function method.The results showed that the growth period of the tested varieties ranged from 85 to 124 days,predominantly consisting of late-maturing and early-maturing types.Agronomic traits varied widely,with significant differences in plant height,stem diameter,and grain mass per plant.Correlation analy-sis revealed that the number of effective pods per plant and the number of grains per plant were highly significantly positively correlat-ed with grain mass per plant,while a negative correlation was observed between 100-grain weight and grain number.Principal com-ponent analysis extracted five principal components,the cumulative component value was 87.583%.The main traits affecting yield in-cluded the number of effective pods per plant,grains per plant,two-grain pods,and three-grain pods.Membership function analysis yielded comprehensive evaluation values(D),with varieties'Nannong 47','Longhe Daheidou','Longhe Dazihuang',and'Youdou 6019'exhibiting higher D values of 0.656,0.646,0.640,and 0.611,respectively,indicating their superior comprehensive traits.Yield analysis showed that varieties'Zheng 1311','Nannong 60','Wansu 112','Youdou 6019',and'Nannong 47'ranked in the top five in terms of yield,all exceeding 4 000 kg·hm-2.Studies suggest that the variety'Youdou 6019'demonstrates outstanding performance in both comprehensive trait evaluation and actual yield,with its high-yield characteristics showing partial synergy and differences in re-lation to the evaluation results of agronomic traits.In summary,'Zheng 1311','Nanong 60','Wansu 112','Youdou 6019',and'Nanong 47'are recommended as preferred introduction materials with high-yield potential for the Changsha region.
