为了探究不同花生品种在豫南信阳地区的开花结荚习性及其环境适应性,对'信花 425''豫花 138''豫花 99'和'豫花93'4 个花生品种在豫南地区的生长发育特性、开花动态(始花期、花期长度、开花量及高峰期)和结荚习性进行观察分析,同时利用生物信息学方法对AhPEBP基因家族进行系统鉴定.结果表明:品种间开花特性差异显著,4 个品种在播种 27~29 d进入始花期,开花高峰期早,花期较短,开花集中,成针率高;'豫花 138'和'信花 425'花期最早,'豫花 138'花期最长(31 d),总开花数最多,成针率较低(23.38%);'信花 425'花期较短(27 d),总开花数最少,成针率最高(29.20%);AhPEBP 基因家族鉴定出 30 个成员,均含保守结构域,聚类为 FT-like(促开花)、TFL1-like(抑开花)和 MFT-like 3 个亚族;表达量分析结果显示,AhPEBP24 在雄蕊、果针和茎尖中表达量均最高,在花、雌蕊、荚果和果壳中表达量次之.综上,花生开花习性受遗传因子、环境因子等共同调控,AhPEBP24和 AhPEBP29 可能参与调控开花习性.

In order to explore the flowering and podding habits and environmental adaptability of different peanut varieties in Xinyang area of Southern Henan,and to clarify the regulatory role of the flowering-related AhPEBP gene family,this study observed and ana-lyzed the growth and development characteristics,flowering dynamics(initial flowering period,flowering length,flowering amount and peak period)and podding habits of four peanut varieties'Xinhua 425','Yuhua 138','Yuhua 99'and'Yuhua 93'in Southern Henan.Concurrently,the AhPEBP gene family was systematically identified by bioinformatics methods.The results showed that there were significant differences in flowering characteristics among varieties.Four varieties entered the initial flowering stage 27 to 29 days after sowing.with early flowering peak,short flowering period and concentrated flowering,and high peg formation rate.The above research laid a foundation for further understanding the mechanism of peanut flowering regulation was short,the flowering was concentrated,and the needle formation rate was high.Among them,'Yuhua 138'and'Xinhua 425'had the earliest flowering period,'Yuhua 138'had the longest flowering period(31 days),the total number of flowers was the largest,and the rate of needle formation was low(23.38%).'Xinhua 425'had the shortest flowering period(27 days),and the lowest total flower number,but the highest peg-setting rate(29.20%).The AhPEBP gene family identified 30 members,all of which contained conserved domains and were clustered into three subfamilies:FT-like(flowering-promoting),TFL1-like(flowering-inhibiting)and MFT-like.Expression analysis showed that Ah-PEBP24 had the highest expression levels in stamens,pegs and shoot tips,followed by flowers,pistils,pods and shell.In summary,peanut flowering habits are regulated by genetic factors and environmental factors,and AhPEBP24 and AhPEBP29 may be involved in regulating flowering habits.
