哈茨木霉菌对车前草生长及养分吸收的调控研究OA
Study on the Regulation of Plantago asiatica Growth and Nutrient Uptake by Trichoderma harzianum
为促进车前草的生长和产量提高,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同稀释倍数的哈茨木霉菌(100 倍、200 倍、300 倍、400 倍)对车前草生长及养分吸收的影响.结果表明:不同稀释倍数的哈茨木霉菌均在一定程度上促进了车前草的生长和养分吸收,提高了车前草的干物质质量、光合色素含量、全氮含量、全磷含量和全钾含量.其中,稀释倍数为 200 倍的处理效果最佳.与对照相比,稀释倍数为 200 倍的哈茨木霉菌使车前草地上部分干物质质量及其全氮含量、全磷含量和全钾含量分别提高 17.27%、27.04%、13.96%和 103.89%.综上,哈茨木霉菌能够促进车前草的生长与养分吸收,其中稀释倍数为 200 倍的处理效果最佳.
To promote the growth of Plantago asiatica and increase its yield,a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Trichoderma harzianum at different fold dilutions(100-fold,200-fold,300-fold,and 400-fold)on the growth and nutrient uptake of P.asiatica.The results showed that T.harzianum at different fold dilutions promoted the growth and nutrient absorption of P.asiati-ca,and increased the dry matter mass,photosynthetic pigment content,total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content,and total potassium content of P.asiatica to a certain extent,with the 200-fold dilution exhibiting the optimal effect among these treatments.Compared with control,the 200-fold dilution of T.harzianum increased the shoot dry matter mass,shoot total nitrogen content,shoot total phosphorus content,and shoot total potassium content of P.asiatica by 17.27%,27.04%,13.96%,and 103.89%,respectively.In conclusion,T.harzianum can promote the growth and nutrient uptake of P.asiatica,and the 200-fold dilution is the most effective treatment.
