为研究不同粗集料类型对Sup-16混合料配合比设计、路用性能及耐久性的影响,在保持级配统一和最佳沥青用量相同的条件下,对3种粗集料制备的Sup-16混合料开展系统试验研究.结果表明:不同粗集料条件下混合料高温、水稳定及结构稳定性能存在明显差异,其中C型粗集料混合料动稳定度介于5 860~6 080 次/mm,整体水平显著高于其余两组;冻融作用下,3种混合料的冻融劈裂强度比分别降低6.5~6.8个百分点,但C型粗集料混合料始终保持在较高水平;C型粗集料混合料老化后劈裂强度保持率为89.0%,28 d湿热作用下体积膨胀率为0.48%,表明其具有出较好的长期服役性能.

To investigate the effects of different coarse aggregate types on the mix design,road performance,and durabil-ity of Sup-16 asphalt mixtures,systematic experimental tests were conducted on three Sup-16 mixtures using different coarse aggregates,while maintaining a consistent gradation and the same optimum asphalt content.The results show that the high-temperature performance,moisture stability,and structural stability of the mixtures vary considerably with coarse aggregate type.The dynamic stability of the mixture with Type-C coarse aggregate ranges from 5 860~6 080 cycles/mm,which is generally higher than that of the other two groups.Under freeze-thaw conditions,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratios of the three mixtures de-creased by 6.5~6.8 percentage points,respectively,with the Type-C mixture consistently maintaining a high-er level.After aging,the Type-C mixture exhibited a splitting strength retention rate of 89.0%and a volume expansion rate of 0.48%after 28 days of moisture-heat exposure,indicating favorable long-term service per-formance.
