复合温拌沥青及其混合料性能研究OA
Study on the Performances of Composite Warm Mix Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture
为降低沥青混合料的拌和温度,实现节能减排,通过控制变量法明确了表面活性类温拌剂Evotherm和有机降黏类温拌剂WSG-HO2掺量对沥青性能的影响规律及各自的最佳掺量,而后将两种温拌剂与基质沥青进行复配,制备出温拌沥青,系统研究复合温拌沥青的黏度、针入度、软化点、延度等性能.以AC-13为目标级配确定沥青混合料的配合比,并对复合温拌沥青混合料的各项路用性能进行试验研究.结果表明:复合温拌沥青可以降低沥青混合料的拌和温度32℃,各项路用性能良好.
To reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt mixtures and achieve energy conservation and emission reduc-tion,the effects of the surfactant-based warm-mix additive Evotherm and the organic viscosity-reducing addi-tive WSG-HO2 on asphalt performance,as well as their respective optimal dosages,were investigated using the control variable method.Subsequently,the two additives were compounded with base asphalt to prepare a composite warm-mix asphalt.The viscosity,penetration,softening point,ductility,and other properties of the composite warm-mix asphalt were systematically evaluated.Taking AC-13 as the target gradation,the mix proportion of the asphalt mixture was determined,and the comprehensive road performance of the compos-ite warm-mix asphalt mixture was experimentally studied.The results indicate that the composite warm-mix asphalt can lower the mixing temperature of the asphalt mixture by 32 ℃ while maintaining satisfactory road performance.
