新质生产力背景下京津冀低空经济协同发展研究OA

To explore how Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei can leverage their respective strengths to achieve coordinated de-velopment of the low-altitude economy,this study systematically reviews the development foundation,advan-tageous conditions,and existing challenges of the low-altitude economy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the logic of functional complementarity and industrial synergy,an innovative"R&D-Manufacturing-Application"dislocation development model is proposed.A differentiated division-of-labor and collaboration system is designed for the three regions along two dimensions:the vertical industrial chain and horizontal ap-plication scenarios.Through this dislocation development model,the functions of the three regions can be pre-cisely positioned:Beijing serves as the"source of low-altitude economic innovation",leading core technolo-gy R&D and design;Tianjin functions as the"low-altitude equipment manufacturing center",focusing on high-end manufacturing and technology transfer;and Hebei acts as the"low-altitude application demonstra-tion zone",leveraging its airspace and hinterland advantages to expand diverse application scenarios.
