党建引领农村集体经济发展的内在逻辑、作用机制与实践路径OA

The development of the rural collective economy is key to rural revitalization and Chinese-style moderni-zation.Party building leadership is a theoretical necessity of Marxist methodology,a historical experience in rural collective economy development,and a practical requirement for comprehensive rural revitalization.Grassroots Party building and rural collective economy development present a positive interaction,mutually promoting rural revitaliza-tion.By selecting the rural collective economy of every districts in Tongling City as samples,Anhui Province,this study identifies typical models of grassroots Party organizations embedding in and leading such development:It fur-ther proposes a path of modernization transformation and development for the rural collective economy by deepening"Party building empowerment",focusing on breaking through the optimization of industrial layout,building talent pipeline,and innovating institutional supply to provide solid material and organizational guarantees for rural revita-lization.
