高校共青团赋能大学生乡村振兴实践研究OA

In order to systematically enhance the effectiveness of empowering university students to participate in ru-ral revitalization practices through the Communist Youth League in universities,this study takes Anhui Province as an empirical sample and conducts an analysis from the collaborative perspectives of five main entities:university students,university Communist Youth League members,local governments,local youth league organizations,and ru-ral revitalization college graduates.Based on the competency theory,it is clarified that the practical abilities of uni-versity students in rural revitalization cover four dimensions:rural cognition,service consciousness,practical transfor-mation,and long-term retention.Research has found that the Communist Youth League in universities has a certain foundation in terms of propaganda and education,practical actions,and educational effectiveness.However,there are also practical work needs for improving the quality of educational guidance forms,precise targeted and classified guidance,improving the practical training system,and upgrading tracking service measures.Based on this,optimiza-tion measures are proposed from four dimensions:innovating multi-dimensional and three-dimensional policy popu-larization forms,exploring precise and adaptable classification guidance methods,improving collaborative and effi-cient practical cultivation measures,and optimizing the content of full cycle tracking services.These measures pro-vide empirical references for improving the effectiveness of university Communist Youth League services and assis-ting in talent cultivation for rural revitalization.
