基于熵权法联合灰色关联度法的贯众药材与饮片的质量评价OA
Evaluation of the quality of Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and decoction pieces based on entropy weight method combined with grey relation analysis
目的 基于熵权法联合灰色关联度法评价贯众药材与饮片质量.方法 选取15批贯众药材和9批饮片,依据《中国药典》2020年版四部各通则项下,测定贯众药材及饮片的10个指标,包括水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、二氧化硫残留量、重金属及有害元素(包括铅、镉、砷、汞、铜);通过熵权法确定各指标的权重;采用灰色关联度分析法评价贯众药材与饮片质量.结果 15批贯众药材和9批饮片的10个指标的含量几乎一致;熵权法分析显示低优指标中水分总体小于其余几个指标;铜的信息熵最高,权重最低,分别为0.9865和0.0469;水分的信息熵最低,权重最高,分别为0.9349和0.2262;灰色关联度法分析显示15批贯众药材和9批饮片的各评价指标相对于最优和最差参考序列的关联度较为一致,水分与其关联度密切;此外,结合熵权模型和灰色关联度模型分析,发现贯众药材与饮片的相对关联度介于0.3575~0.6431之间,质量最优的为饮片Y5批次,最次的为药材S2批次,说明此次收集的24批样品质量存在一定差异;最后对此次样品的质量等级进行比较,发现均在Ⅲ级及以上,其中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的样品分别有19批、3批、2批,9批饮片均为Ⅰ级,15批药材中Ⅰ级有10批、Ⅱ级3批、Ⅲ级2批,总体上贯众饮片质量优于药材.结论 基于多指标成分构建的熵权和灰色关联度模型,评价此次收集的不同批次贯众药材与饮片的质量,方法简单客观,为贯众药材与饮片的质量控制提供参考.
Objective To evaluate the quality of Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and decoction pieces using a combination of entropy weight(EW)and grey relation analysis(GRA).Methods 15 batches of Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and 9 batches of decoction pieces were selected.According to the general chapters of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(中国药典)2020 Volume Ⅳ,10 indi-cators were measured for Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and decoction pieces,including moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,extract,sulfur dioxide residue,heavy metals and harmful elements(including lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury,and copper).The EW method was employed to determine the weights of each indicator,while GRA was applied to evaluate the quality of the herbal materials and decoction pieces.Results The content of the 10 indicators in the 15 batches of herbal materials and 9 batches of decoction pieces was almost consistent;the EW analysis showed that the moisture was generally lower than the other indicators among the low-quality indicators;copper had the highest information entropy and the lowest weight,at 0.9865 and 0.0469,respectively;moisture had the lowest information entropy and the highest weight,at 0.9349 and 0.2262,respectively;GRA showed that the correlation degrees of all evaluation indicators for the 15 batches of Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and 9 batches of decoction pieces relative to the opti-mal and worst reference sequences were relatively consistent,with moisture showing a close correlation.Additionally,combining EW with GRA,it was found that the relative correlation between the herbal medicine and the decoction pieces ranged from 0.3575 to 0.6431.The highest quality was the decoction piece batch Y5,and the lowest quality was the herbal medicine batch S2,indicating that there were significant quality differences among the 24 batches of samples collected;Finally,a comparison of the quality grades of the samples revealed that all were at Grade Ⅲ or above,with 19 batches at Grade I,3 batches at Grade Ⅱ,and 2 batches at Grade Ⅲ.All 9 batches of decoction pieces were classified as Grade I,while among the 15 batches of herbal materials,10 were Grade I,3 were Grade II,and 2 were Grade Ⅲ.Overall,the quality of the decoction pieces was superior to that of the herbal materials.Conclusion The EW and GRA models constructed based on multiple indicator components were used to evaluate the quality of different batches of Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and decoction pieces collected in this study.The method is simple and objective,providing a reference for quality control of Rhizoma Dryopteridis herbal materials and decoction pieces.
