目的 臭茉莉为岭南道地药材,其质量标准尚不完善,文章对臭茉莉的质量控制方法系统研究,为其质量标准的制定提供依据.方法 收集岭南地区 30 批臭茉莉药材,根据《中华人民共和国药典》(2025年版)通则方法对臭茉莉的水分、总灰分及水溶性浸出物进行测定;建立臭茉莉薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法;基于高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立臭茉莉指纹图谱及指标性成分毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法.结果 30 批臭茉莉药材中水分含量均值为 4.60%、总灰分含量均值为 3.25%、水溶性浸出物含量均值为 15.02%.建立的 TLC 方法良好,多批次臭茉莉药材在相同 Rf 显相同颜色的斑点.建立的 HPLC 含量测定方法在线性范围 0.004~0.101 mg·mL-1(r=1.000)稳定,30 批臭茉莉药材中毛蕊花糖苷的含量为 0.021%~0.738%.多批次臭茉莉药材指纹图谱相似度良好,指纹图谱确认了五个共有峰,指认了其中两个共有峰分别为毛蕊花糖苷和异毛蕊花糖苷.结论 建立了臭茉莉药材的含量测定以及指纹图谱等质量控制方法,为臭茉莉药材质量标准的完善提供了关键实验依据.

Objective Clerodendrum phillppinum Schauer var.simplex(Clerodendrum)is a genuine medicinal material in Lingnan,and its quality standard is imperfect.In this paper,the quality control method of Clerodendrum is systematically studied to provide a basis for the formulation of its quality standard.Methods A total of 30 batches of Clerodendrum medicinal materials from Lingnan area were collected,contents of water,total ash,and water-soluble extract of Clerodendrum were determined according to the 2025 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(中国药典).To establish a thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification method for Clerodendrum,based on high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the fingerprint and the content determination method of verbascoside were estab-lished.Results The average contents of water,total ash content and water-soluble extract content of 30 batches of Clerodendrum were 4.60%,3.25%and 15.02%,respectively.The established TLC method was good,and the results showed that multiple batches of Clerodendrum showed the same color spots at the same Rf.The established HPLC method was stable in the linear range of 0.004-0.101 mg·mL-1(r=1.000).The content of verbascoside in 30 batches of Clerodendrum was 0.021-0.738%.The fingerprints of multiple batches of Clerodendrum were similar.5 common peaks were identified in the fingerprints,and the 2 common peaks were identified as verbascoside and isoverbascoside.Conclusion The quality control methods such as content determination and fingerprint of Cleroden-drum were established,which provided the key experimental basis for the improvement of the quality standard of Clerodendrum.
