目的 研究苗期低温胁迫对设施育苗当归幼苗生长及生理特性的影响.方法 以120 d苗龄的当归幼苗(反季节设施育苗)为实验材料,通过人工模拟不同低温条件(5℃、10℃、15℃),分别胁迫处理1~7 d和恢复处理7 d,测定植株生长指标和生理指标变化.结果 低温处理后的设施反季节当归幼苗株高、茎粗、根长、根粗、叶面积、地上和地下鲜重、地上和地下干重均下降,特别是对地上部分指标影响较大;叶绿素含量显著下降(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量提高;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性总体提高;游离脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量提高,且恢复处理7 d后均有所恢复.主成分分析结果发现,Pro、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量与当归幼苗生长指标呈显著负相关,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与当归幼苗生长指标呈显著正相关.结论 低温胁迫下的当归幼苗通过减缓生长、增加抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量来抵御低温造成的损害.

Objective To study the effects of low temperature stress during seedling stage on growth and physiological characteristics of facility-cultivated Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels seedlings.Methods 120-day-old Angelica sinensis seedlings from off-season facility cultivation were used as experimental materials.The seedlings were subjected to artificial low temperature stress at 5℃,10℃,and 15℃for 1 to 7 days,followed by a 7-day recovery treatment.Growth and physiological indicators were measured.Results After low temperature stress,the facility off-season Angelica sinensis seedlings showed decrease in plant height,stem diameter,root length,root diameter,leaf area,shoot and root fresh weight,and shoot and root dry weight,with a more pronounced effect on aboveground parts.Chlorophyll content was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde(MDA)content was increased.The activities of SOD and POD were generally increased.The contents of Pro,soluble protein,and soluble sugar were increased,and all showed recovery after 7 days of recovery treatment.Principal component analysis(PCA)revealed that the contents of Pro,soluble protein,and soluble sugar were significantly negatively correlated with the growth indicators of Angelica sinensis seedlings,while CAT activity was significantly positively correlated with the growth indicators.Conclusion Angelica sinensis seedlings under low temperature stress alleviated the damage by slowing down growth and increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the contents of osmoregulatory substances.
