认知障碍患者认知康复参与现状及其影响因素研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Current Status of Cognitive Rehabilitation Participation and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Cognitive Disorders
认知康复是延缓认知障碍患者病情进展的有效干预手段之一,但患者普遍参与率偏低、康复依从性较差.本文综述了认知障碍患者认知康复参与现状,并从患者自身因素、社会因素、治疗与系统因素三个维度分析认知障碍患者认知康复参与情况的影响因素,以期为制定针对性认知康复参与促进策略、提高患者认知康复参与率提供参考.
Cognitive rehabilitation is one of the effective interventions to delay the disease progression of patients with cognitive disorders,but the participation rate of patients is lower and the rehabilitation compliance is poor.This article reviews the current status of cognitive rehabilitation participation in patients with cognitive disorders,and analyzes its influencing factors from the patients'own factors,social factors,treatment and system factors,in order to provide a reference for formulating targeted cognitive rehabilitation participation promotion strategies and improving the participation rate of cognitive rehabilitation of patients.
