智慧旅游背景下辽宁省冰雪旅游产业高质量发展路径探究OACHSSCD

Against the background of the rapid development of the digital economy and next-generation information technologies,smart tourism has become a key pathway for promoting the high-quality development of the tourism industry.As an important form of in-depth integration of the sports and tourism industry,ice and snow tourism has been endowed with new missions in the post-Winter Olympics era,including facilitating regional economic transformation and serving national development strategies.Although existing studies have made relatively systematic explorations into the development models,industrial integration and policy effects of ice and snow tourism,research on the industrial transformation and upgrading of ice and snow tourism from the regional coordination perspective against the background of smart tourism is still insufficient.Accordingly,taking smart tourism empowerment as the analytical perspective and combining the cross-regional coordination mechanism,this study systematically sorts out the conceptual evolution of smart tourism and its empowering effects on the development of the ice and snow tourism industry.On this basis,it further analyzes the major opportunities and practical challenges confronting the ice and snow tourism industry in Liaoning Province.This study finds that Liaoning Province has a sound development foundation in terms of transportation location advantages,cultural-tourism integration,and policy guarantees.However,it also faces challenges such as an imbalance between industrial scale expansion and quality improvement,a relatively homogeneous product supply structure,shortages of professional talent,insufficient industrial chain coordination,and increasing ecological pressures.Accordingly,this study proposes that,under the framework of smart tourism,efforts should be made to strengthen smart infrastructure development,enhance industrial integration and talent cultivation,and construct a high-quality coordinated development system for smart ice and snow tourism across Northeast China,thus promoting the digitalization,refinement,and sustainable development of the ice and snow tourism industry.The findings can provide theoretical insights and practical implications for the high-quality development of ice and snow tourism in Liaoning Province and even the entire Northeast region.
