针对中国石化某炼化公司 2.1 Mt/a 催化裂化装置存在的烟气蓝色烟羽拖尾严重、再生器"尾燃"以及集合管和烟机入口温度偏高等问题,进行了脱硝助燃除酸雾三效助剂工业应用试验.试验结果表明,应用脱硝助燃除酸雾三效助剂后,烟脱入口SO2 和SO3 含量分别由925.00,283.36 mg/m3 降低至723.00,222.25 mg/m3;烟脱出口SO3 含量由75.02 mg/m3 降低至58.29 mg/m3;再生器集合管平均温度由 705℃下降至 697℃,与密相、稀相温度持平,烟机入口平均温度由 672.3℃下降至663.2℃,"尾燃"现象消除;烟脱入口 NOx 含量由 50.80 mg/m3 下降至 38.90 mg/m3.此外,应用脱硝助燃除酸雾三效助剂期间,装置产品分布、产品质量稳定.

The 2.1 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of a Sinopec refining and chemical company faces severe blue plume tailing in flue gas,afterburning in the regenerator,and high temperatures at the manifold and flue gas expander inlet.To address these issues,an industrial application test of the three-effect additive for denitrification,combustion assistance,and acid mist removal was carried out.The results show that after applying the three-effect additive for denitrification,combustion assistance,and acid mist removal,the concentrations of SO2 and SO3 at the flue gas desulfurization inlet decreased from 925.00,283.36 mg/m3 to 723.00,222.25 mg/m3,respectively.SO3 concentration at the flue gas desulfurization outlet decreased from 75.02 mg/m3 to 58.29 mg/m3.The regenerator manifold average temperature decreased from 705℃to 697℃,matching the dense and dilute phase average temperature.The average temperature of the flue gas expander inlet decreased from 672.3℃to 663.2℃,and the afterburning phenomenon was eliminated.NOx concentration at the flue gas desulfurization inlet decreased from 50.80 mg/m3 to 38.90 mg/m3.In addition,the product distribution and quality remained stable during the period of using the three-effect additive for denitrification,combustion assistance,and acid mist removal.
