Aromatics extraction from straight-run diesel using ionic liquids

采用1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([C6MIM][BF4])离子液体作为抽提溶剂对直馏柴油(简称直柴)进行芳烃抽提,考察该溶剂对直柴芳烃抽提的适用性与分离性能.实验结果表明,采用[C6MIM][BF4]对5种直柴进行错流抽提,在60℃、剂油质量比 3、抽提级数 4 的条件下,直柴-1~直柴-3 的抽余油满足蒸汽裂解装置进料要求.采用多级逆流抽提实验对抽提工艺进行优化,剂油质量比越大、抽提级数越高,抽余油芳烃含量越低.当剂油质量比为 4,逆流抽提级数为 4 时,继续增大抽提级数,抽余油组成与性质无明显变化.采用SPYRO 软件分别对直柴-1 及其抽余油的蒸汽裂解性能进行模拟计算,与直柴-1相比,抽余油作为蒸汽裂解原料时,乙烯收率提高2.15%,丙烯收率提高0.96%,乙烯焦油产率降低2.32%.

1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([C6MIM][BF4])ionic liquid was used as an extraction solvent for aromatics extraction of straight-run diesel.The applicability and separation performance of the solvent towards aromatics in straight-run diesel were investigated.The experimental results show that four-stage cross-current extraction is carried out on five straight-run diesels at 60℃with a solvent/oil mass ratio of 3.The raffinate of straight-run diesel-1 to straight-run diesel-3 meets the feedstock specifications of steam cracking units.The aromatics content in raffinate decreases with the increase of solvent/oil mass ratio and extraction stages.When the solvent/oil ratio mass is 4,and four-stage counter-current extraction is adopted,the composition and properties of raffinate show no significant variation with increasing the number of extraction stages.Simulations on the steam cracking performance of straight-run diesel-1 and its raffinate are conducted via SPYRO software.Compared with straight-run diesel-1,the raffinate as steam cracking feedstock presents 2.15%higher ethylene yield,0.96%higher propylene yield,and 2.32%lower ethylene tar yield.
