依托Classin教学平台的研究生细胞培养技术课程改革OA

细胞培养技术是生命科学研究的重要基础技术之一,已深入干细胞与再生医学、新型疫苗、生物治疗等前沿领域.文章借助 Classin 教学平台,以直播式示范教学代替传统"灌输式"教学、以专题性综合实验代替传统单一实验教学内容、以"润物细无声"式思政元素深度融入代替传统课程思政教学薄弱、以重过程性评价综合考核体系代替传统单一考核等改革措施,探索一种以提升科研创新深度思考能力、团队协作能力、家国情怀责任担当等心灵品质三效并重的细胞培养技术教学新模式.

Cell culture technology,an important fundamental technique in life science research,has become integral to the frontier fields of stem cell and regenerative medicine,novel vaccine development,and biotherapy,etc.To improve teaching effect,the authors have utilized the teaching platform of Classin and explored a new teaching model for the course of cell culture technology.They replace traditional"cramming-style"instruction with live-streamed demonstration teaching;substitute fragmented,single-subject experi-ments with thematic,comprehensive projects;shift from superficial ideological and political education to subtle,in-depth integration of civic education elements;and replace conventional single assessments with a holistic process evaluation system.This teaching model aims to enhance deep thinking skills of scientific research innovation,foster teamwork and collaboration skills,and cultivate patriotic responsibility and social commitment.
