Research laboratories in medical schools are pivotal platforms for medical innovation and talent cultivation,and the safety management of laboratories is closely related to the health and life security of teachers and students.Although fundamental frameworks have been established in terms of biosafety,chemical management,and equipment operation,there are problems of fragmented man-agement system,inadequate responses to emerging risks,and uneven levels of safety awareness.This paper systematically reviews the current status of safety management and delves into the theoretical evolution of laboratory safety management,practical optimization strategies,and future innovation directions,aiming to provide theoretical foundation and practical reference for the establishment of a systematic,standardized,adaptable,and resilient safety management system for laboratories in medical schools.
