高校大型仪器运行管理的探索与实践OA

Large instruments in universities are the core resources supporting teaching and scientific research,however,the rapid increase in the number of large instruments has led to a series of problems of repeated procurement,low utilization rate,high mainte-nance cost,and fragmented management.The authors systematically investigated the current status of large-scale instruments used in the School of Public Health and identified major problems.They analyzed paper use records,background data of the scientific research instrument sharing management system,and the performance appraisal data from 2019 to 2024.The authors compared the management systems of instrument sharing in different departments and explored the construction and optimization strategies of the operation manage-ment system of large-scale instruments.This study aims to improve management models and sharing mechanisms,enhance the instru-ment usage,optimize resource allocation,and provide a practical path to the scientific management of large instruments in universities.
