Systematic reconstruction and implementation pathways of medical curriculum paradigm in the AI era

针对人工智能在医学教育中引发的高阶思维外包与伦理关切弱化等现象,文章探讨医学课程范式的系统重构路径,提出价值引领、人机协同的核心理念,并构建目标—角色—流程—评价四位一体的课程框架.该框架以伦理判断能力培养为统领目标,推动教师向伦理引导者转型;教学流程体现人机协同与螺旋递进特征,评价体系则基于发展性学习画像.文章以基因工程课程为例,阐述上述框架在融合基因操作技术教学与生命伦理培养过程中的具体实施构想.

This study examines the systematic reconstruction pathway of medical curriculum paradigm in response to the outsourcing of higher-order thinking and the diminished emphasis on ethics,which are engendered by the integration of artificial intelligence in medical education.The authors propose the core principles of"values-guided and human-AI collaboration"and they also establish a four-in-one curricular framework encompassing"Objective-Role-Process-Evaluation".Within this framework,the cultivation of ethical judgment is positioned as the overarching objective,so that teachers can transform into ethics facilitators.The instructional process is characterized by human-AI collaboration and spiral progression,while the evaluation system is grounded in a developmental learning portrait.The authors then illustrate the implementation of this framework in integrating gene manipulation techniques with bio-ethics cultivation for the course of genetic engineering.
