介绍心力衰竭病人自我管理评估工具,分析工具编制过程中的影响因素,分析不足之处并进行展望,以期为心力衰竭病人的自我管理临床实践提供参考.
Self-management assessment tools for patients with heart failure were introduced.The influencing factors in the development process of these tools were analyzed.The limitations were identified,and future directions were proposed.This review aims to provide a reference for clinical practice of self-management in patients with heart failure.
