基于租值理论的生态产品价值实现机制与数字化重构研究OACHSSCD
Research on the realization mechanism and digital reconstruction of ecological product value based on rent value theory
明晰生态产品价值实现机制是推动"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念落地的关键.现有研究多关注生态资源使用价值与市场交换价值的映射,缺乏从用值到换值转化的机制研究,导致生态产品价值在现实转化中持续流失.为此,以租值理论为核心分析框架,构建"生态资源资产化-生态资产资本化-生态资本产品化-生态产品货币化-生态价值增值反馈"的五阶段价值转化链条,识别各环节因制度不完善导致的生态经济总租值、级差租值、垄断租值和归属租值等多维度租值消散问题,揭示价值链条在确权-收储、核算-标准、融资-配置、定价-交易与评估-调节等关键环节存在的系统性断裂.在此基础上,提出以绿水青山绿证为核心的"1+5+N"分层级制度体系,通过统一生态价值计量标准与确权凭证,使不同生态资源在同一规则下实现价值表达与流通,构建贯穿价值转化全链条的制度闭环.最后,构建以生态稳定币为核心的数字化支撑架构,在绿证确立价值基础的前提下,通过稳定币实现跨环节的价值流通与动态反馈,并依托区块链、物联网、智能合约与大数据技术构建"收储、权证、运营、交易、监测"五大模块组成的数字化支撑体系,增强制度执行力并形成可持续的价值回流机制.研究为构建贯通价值转化链条的制度体系和数字化执行框架提供了系统化思路.
Clarifying the mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products is essential for implementing the principle that"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets."Existing research has primarily focused on mapping the use value of ecological resources to their market exchange value,while insufficient attention has been paid to the institutional mechanisms governing the transformation from use value to exchange value.In the absence of such mechanisms,the value embedded in ecological resources is often dissipated during real-world conversion processes,leading to structural inefficiencies and persistent rent loss.To address this gap,this study adopts rent theory as the core analytical framework and constructs a five-stage value transformation chain-ecological resource assetization,ecological asset capitalization,ecological capital productization,ecological product monetization,and ecological value-added feedback.This framework identifies multiple forms of rent dissipation-including total ecological economic rent,differential rent,monopoly rent,and attribution rent-arising from institutional deficiencies across different stages.The analysis further reveals systemic disconnections within key institutional links such as rights confirmation and reserve,accounting and standard-setting,financing and allocation,pricing and trading,assessment and adjustment,which collectively contribute to the structural fracture of the value transformation chain.Building on these findings,the study proposes a"1+5+N"tiered institutional system centered on the Green Certificate for Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains.This system unifies ecological value accounting standards and rights-confirmation mechanisms,enabling heterogeneous ecological resources to be represented,compared,and circulated under a common rule framework.Through unified valuation logic and interoperable institutional rules,the proposed system enhances the consistency,comparability,and transmissibility of ecological value across stages.Furthermore,the study constructs a digital support architecture centered on ecological stablecoins.Based on the value foundation established by green certificates,the ecological stablecoin functions as a medium for cross-stage value circulation and dynamic feedback,allowing ecological value to be transmitted,accumulated,and adjusted in real time.Leveraging blockchain,the Internet of Things,smart contracts,and big-data analytics,the system develops a digital support structure composed of five functional modules-ecological asset warehousing,credentialization,capital operation,market trading,and monitoring optimization.Together,these modules embed institutional rules into technological processes,enhance institutional enforceability,strengthen value verification and transaction traceability,improve pricing transparency,and support adaptive system adjustment.They also reduce transaction costs and information frictions,thereby forming a sustainable mechanism for value recirculation and rent regeneration.Overall,this study provides a systematic pathway for constructing an integrated institutional system and digital support system that reconnect the full ecological value transformation chain.It offers theoretical insights and practical guidance for overcoming institutional barriers,enhancing policy implementation capacity,and promoting high-quality development through the realization of ecological product value.
