生态农业:从传统型到现代化演进变化与实践创新OA
Ecological agriculture:A transition from traditional to modern forms and practical innovation
现代生态农业是实现农业可持续高质量发展的重要路径,近年来在理论发展与实践创新方面均取得了显著进展.本文在系统阐释现代生态农业核心概念、本质特征及其科学内涵基础上,分析了其理念内涵、技术手段、目标导向、系统结构及规模效应等方面的新发展动态,以及通过技术融合与模式升级在设施农业、智能农业、立体农业、复合农业和循环农业中的应用;同时,通过系统梳理国内外发展经验,明确提出现代生态农业应强化生态效益、经济效益与社会效益三重目标的有机融合,促进向"大农业、大生态、大社会"整体观念的深刻转变,以新质生产力赋能现代生态农业,推动农业绿色低碳发展.在现代生态农业实践创新创业方面提出5个方面对策建议:强化新质生产力的应用,引领现代生态农业发展;强化多学科的协同攻关,着力构建现代生态农业生产技术体系;强化科技创新创业融合,着力夯实高产优质高效绿色发展基础;强化生态系统功能配置,提高农业复合型立体化生产经营效益;强化政策制度体系建设,夯实现代生态农业基础及其保障能力.
Modern ecological agriculture,a vital pathway to achieving sustainable agricultural development,has achieved substantial theoretical and practical progress in recent years.This paper systematically expounds upon the fundamental concepts,essential characteristics,and scientific implications of modern ecological agriculture.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the developing trends of modern ecological agriculture,which differ substantially from traditional ecological agriculture in conceptual connotation,technological approaches,goal orientation,system structures,and scale of impact.Through technological integration and model upgrades,modern ecological agriculture is now widely applied in facility-based,intelligent,vertical,compound,and circular agricultural systems.Simultaneously,drawing on domestic and international experience,this paper proposes that modern ecological agriculture must 1)strengthen the integration of ecological,economic,and social benefits;2)accelerate the conversion from a single production-oriented model to the holistic concept of"big agriculture,big ecology,and big society";and 3)promote green and low-carbon agricultural development by empowering the sector with new,high-quality productive forces.Finally,five strategic recommendations are proposed to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in modern ecological agriculture:1)leverage new,high-quality productive forces to lead the high-quality,large-scale development of the sector;2)enhance interdisciplinary collaborative research to build a modern ecological agricultural production technology system;3)strengthen the integration of scientific and technological innovation with entrepreneurship to consolidate the foundation for high-yield,high-quality,and efficient green development;4)optimize the functional allocation of the ecosystem to improve the efficiency of complex,three-dimensional agricultural production and management;and 5)reinforce policy and institutional systems to consolidate the foundation of modern ecological agriculture and enhance its safeguarding capacity.
