澜沧江中下游浮游植物时空变化及其水生态评价OA
Spatial and Temporal Variation of the Phytoplankton Community and Hydroecological Assessment of the Middle and Lower Lancang River
探究澜沧江流域浮游植物的空间分布及驱动因素,为筑坝河流水生态环境保护及管理提供理论支撑.于2017年和2019年春季(3-4月)分别在澜沧江云南段布设57个和86个采样点,开展浮游植物群落与水环境因子调查,采用FG功能类群分类法和冗余分析等方法分析群落结构特征及其环境驱动因素.结果表明:2次调查共检出浮游植物7 门 70属102种,均以硅藻门、绿藻门为优势类群.2017年浮游植物平均生物量为0.929 mg/L(0.021~4.402 mg/L),2019年平均生物量为 26.033 mg/L(0.046~98.503 mg/L).用 FG浮游植物功能类群分类法共划分功能类群25个,其中19个优势功能类群.2017-2019年,主要优势功能群从A、D、MP转变为P和MP,中富营养功能类群比例明显增加,Qr参数平均值从4.07降低至3.74.总体上,多个指标的生态评价结果表明澜沧江水生态处于极佳状态,仅个别样点存在较严重的富营养或者重污染趋势.相关性和冗余分析结果表明,温度是澜沧江流域浮游植物群落时空分布的关键控制因子.人为筑坝影响了溶解氧和水体营养盐水平,这些因素和温度共同控制了澜沧江浮游植物群落组成,主导了中下游梯级水库水生态的变化.调查期间澜沧江梯级水库2019年比2017年表层水平均温度同期高7.3 ℃,相同采样点浮游植物平均密度同期高8.6倍,也是浮游植物群落结构年度变化的主要原因.
The structure of phytoplankton communities is an important indicator of water quality and ecological conditions.In this study,the Yunnan section of the Lancang River basin was selected for re-search,and we investigated phytoplankton community structure at the basin scale using functional group classification.Based on the results,response relationships between phytoplankton community and water environmental factors were elucidated and the aquatic ecological environment was evaluated.The aim of the study was to assess the aquatic ecological health of the Lancang River basin after construction of cas-caded reservoirs,and provide scientific data to support the protection of aquatic ecology and management of dammed rivers.The study was based on sampling surveys conducted during March and April at 57 sites in 2017 and at 86 sites in 2019,including natural river reaches and cascaded reservoirs.A total of 102 phytoplankton species from 70 genera and 7 phyla were detected in the two surveys,with diatoms and green algae as the dominant taxa.The biomass ranges of phytoplankton were 0.021-4.402 mg/L in 2017 and 0.046-98.503 mg/L in 2019,with average values of 0.929 mg/L and 26.033 mg/L.A total of 25 functional taxa were identified and 19 were dominant.From 2017 to 2019,the dominant functional groups shifted from A,D,and MP to P and MP,and the proportion of mesotrophic functional groups in-creased significantly,resulting in a decrease in the average cycle threhold(Qr)value from 4.07 to 3.74.Overall,the aquatic ecosystem of Lancang River basin was in excellent condition based on multiple indi-cators,with only a few sampling sites showing severe eutrophication or heavy pollution.Correlation and redundancy analysis showed that temperature(T)was the key factor influencing spatiotemporal variations in phytoplankton community composition.Impounding water behind dams also affected dissolved oxygen(DO)and nutrient levels that,together with water temperature,control phytoplankton community compo-sition and drive changes in the aquatic ecology of the cascaded reservoirs in the middle and lower reaches of Lancang River.The average temperature of the surface water in the cascaded reservoirs in the Lancang River basin increased by 7.3 ℃ from 2017 to 2019 and the average phytoplankton density at the same sam-pling sites increased by a factor of 8.6.Temperature was the primary factor causing changes in phyto-plankton community structure and the combined effects of global warming and damming pose a big chal-lenge for protecting aquatic ecology in the Lancang River and other river systems.
