目的 探讨区域卒中防治体系在超早期脑梗死静脉溶栓中的作用.方法 以2018年1月至2021年8月在浙江省天台县人民医院神经内科行超早期静脉溶栓治疗的脑梗死患者305例为对照组,以2022年1月至2024年12月在该医院行区域卒中防治体系下的超早期静脉溶栓治疗脑梗死患者309例为观察组.比较两组治疗效果的差异.结果 观察组发病至溶栓时间(OTT)、入院至溶栓时间(DNT)低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 区域卒中防治体系的建设与应用可缩短超早期脑梗死患者的静脉溶栓时间,提供治疗有效率,提示该模式可能有助于改善患者预后.

Objective:To explore the role of regional stroke prevention and treatment system in intravenous throm-bolysis of ultra-early cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2021,305 patients with cerebral infarction were treated with ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis in the Department of Neurology,Tiantai County People's Hospital,Zhejiang Province as the control group,and 309 patients with cerebral infarction were treated with ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis under the regional stroke prevention and control system from January 2022 to December 2024 as the observation group.The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The time from onset to thrombolysis(OTT)and the time from admission to thrombolysis(DNT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction and application of regional stroke prevention and treatment system can shorten the time of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with ultra-early cerebral infarction and provide effective treatment,suggesting that this model may be helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
