The Impact of Homogeneous Management And Maintenance Mode on The Incidence of PICC Complications
目的 探讨同质化管理维护模式对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)并发症发生率的影响.方法 选取2023年11月至2024年11月泗洪县第一人民医院收治的80例PICC置管患者,于2024年5月开展PICC维护同质化管理培训.将培训前(2023年11月至2024年4月)收治的40例患者设为对照组,采用常规PICC维护方法;将培训后(2024年5-11月)收治的40例患者设为观察组,采用同质化管理维护模式.比较两组患者PICC并发症发生率.结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在PICC维护管理中实施同质化管理能降低带管患者PICC并发症发生率.
Objective:To explore the influence of homogeneous management and maintenance mode on the incidence of complications of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Methods:From November 2023 to No-vember 2024,80 patients with PICC were selected from the First People's Hospital of Sihong County.In May 2024,PICC maintenance and homogenization management training was carried out.40 patients treated before training(from November 2023 to April 2024)were set as the control group,and the routine PICC maintenance method was adopted.40 patients treated after training(May-November,2024)were set as the observation group,and the homogeneous management and maintenance mode was adopted.The incidence of PICC complica-tions was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of homogenization management in PICC maintenance management can reduce the incidence of PICC complications in patients with catheters.
