腹腔镜阑尾切除术后Hemolok夹闭残端与荷包包埋残端对急性阑尾炎患儿影响的对比OA

Objective:To compare the effects of Hemolok clipping and purse-string embedding on children with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Methods:Seventy-four children with acute appendicitis admitted to Wushan County People's Hospital from January 2024 to April 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods of appendix stump,they were divided into control group(37 cases with pouch-embedded stump)and observation group(37 cases with Hemolok-clamped stump).The perioperative indicators、inflammatory re-sponse indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time in the observation group was shorter and the hospitalization expenses were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss、recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in inflammatory indexes between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Hemolok to clamp the stump during LA can obviously shorten the operation time,but the hospitalization cost is relatively high.There is no significant difference between the two methods in postoperative recovery,inflammatory response regulation and the risk of complications.
