超声引导下针刀松解联合收肌管阻滞治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效与机制研究OA

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with ad-ductor canal block(ACB)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with knee osteo-arthritis were selected.The time period was from January 2023 to September 2025.Source:Jiuquan Hospital of Shanghai First People's Hospital.The patients were grouped according to the treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received ultrasound-guided needle-knife release treatment,while the observation group was combined with ACB on this basis.The Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)scores、differences in NRS scores and safety indicators were compared between the two groups before treatment(T0),1 week after treatment(T1)and 4 weeks after treatment(T2).Results:At baseline(T0),there was no significant difference in NRS scores be-tween the two groups of patients(P>0.05);At different time points(T1 and T2)after treatment,the NRS scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment(T1-T0,T2-T0),the difference in NRS scores of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,P<0.05.The comparison of the overall safety indicators(overall and incidence of serious adverse events)between the two groups showed P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided needle-knife release combined with ACB can more effec-tively relieve short-term pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis,enhance the extent of pain improvement,and does not increase the risk of short-term adverse events.
