低速与高速离心机处理后脂血标本的生化检验结果分析OA

目的 探讨针对脂血标本采取不同离心速度处理的生化检验结果差异,为优化脂血标本处理方案提供依据.方法 选取广东省阳江市疾病预防控制中心2021年3月至2024年12月接收的30份脂血标本,每份标本先采用L4-5K型低速离心机(3000 rpm,10 min)处理,分离出血清后,分成两管,一管待检测备用,另一管再采用 MIKRO-220R型高速冷冻离心机(13000 rpm,10 min)处理,分离出血清后,取下层血清待检测备用.使用全自动生化分析仪检测ALT、AST、GLU、CR、UA、BUN、TG、CHOL、HDL-C、LDL-C等10项指标水平,采用 Wilcoxon符号秩检验对两种离心速度下的检测结果进行统计分析.结果 10项指标中,有7项指标的检测结果存在显著差异:GLU、UA、TG、CHOL的高速离心结果均低于低速离心结果(P<0.001);LDL-C和 HDL-C呈现显著降低的趋势(P<0.001);BUN的降低趋势不如其他指标明显(P=0.032);CR在高速离心后结果显著升高(P=0.001);以上指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AST、ALT的离心结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高速离心能有效消除脂血对多项生化检测项目的光散射干扰,并纠正CR的假性偏低,建议将其作为脂血标本的处理方法.

Objective:To explore the difference of biochemical test results of lipid blood samples treated with differ-ent centrifugation speeds,and to provide basis for optimizing the treatment scheme of lipid blood samples.Meth-ods:Thirty samples of hyperlipemia received by Yangjiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Guangdong Province from March 2021 to December 2024 were selected.Each sample was first treated by L4-5K low-speed centrifuge(3000 rpm,10 min),and the serum was separated and divided into two tubes,one of which was to be tested for later use,and the other was treated by MIKRO-220R high-speed freezing centrifuge(13000 rpm,10 min).Ten indexes,such as ALT、AST、GLU、CR、UA、BUN、TG、CHOL、HDL-C、LDL-C,were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,and the detection results at two centrifugal speeds were statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank test.Results:Among the 10 indexes,there were significant differences in seven indexes:the results of high-speed centrifugation of GLU、UA、TG and CHOL were lower than those of low-speed centrifuga-tion(P<0.001);LDL-C and HDL-C showed a significant decreasing trend(P<0.001).The decreasing trend of BUN is not as obvious as other indicators(P=0.032).After high-speed centrifugation,the results of CR in-creased significantly(P=0.001).The differences of the above indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between AST and ALT(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-speed centrifugation can effectively eliminate the light scattering interference of lipid blood on many biochemical detection items,and correct the false low CR,so it is suggested to use it as a treatment method for lipid blood samples.
