3.0T磁共振血管成像与CT血管造影在微小动脉瘤检出率中的比较OA
Comparison of Detection Rate of 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Angiography And CT Angiography in Microaneurysms
目的 研究微小动脉瘤患者分别采取3.0T磁共振血管成像(MRA)与CT血管造影(CTA)检查的效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2025年6月江苏省泗洪医院收治的80例疑似微小动脉瘤患者,分别实施3.0T MRA检查、CTA检查,依次设置为实验组、参照组.对比两组满意度、检出率及漏诊率.结果 实验组满意度高于参照组(P<0.05),检出率高于参照组(P<0.05),漏诊率低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 对比CTA 检查,对疑似微小动脉瘤患者实施3.0T MRA检查效果更好,患者满意度更高,可有效提高检出率,降低漏诊率,适宜临床广泛推广.
Objective:To study the effect of 3.0T magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and CT angiography(CTA)in patients with microaneurysms.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2025,80 patients with suspected microaneurysms in Sihong Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected,and 3.0T MRA examination and CTA examination were performed re-spectively,which were set as experimental group and reference group in turn.The satisfaction,detection rate and missed diagnosis rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the detection rate was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CTA,3.0T MRA is better for patients with suspected microaneurysms,which can effectively improve the detection rate and reduce the missed diagnosis rate,and is suitable for clinical popularization.
