Efficiency evaluation and scenario-based application of BIM collaborative technology during operation period of water conservancy projects

针对水利工程运维管理存在的效率低下、协调不畅、信息滞后等突出问题,通过系统梳理水利工程运维阶段痛点和难点,构建融合BIM技术与云数据库、GIS、物联网等新一代信息技术的BIM+水利运维体系框架,并论证该技术在水利运维管理领域的适用性.研究结果表明:BIM+水利运维模型能够整合水利工程运维阶段的工程地形、管网道路、故障维修记录、能耗监测等多元数据,为水利工程运维决策和风险预警提供坚实的数据支撑,通过信息共享机制显著提升管理效能.

In response to the prominent problems of low efficiency,poor coordination,and information delays in the operation and management of water conservancy projects,this study systematically identified the key challenges and difficulties during the operation stage of water conservancy projects.A BIM+water conservancy operation and maintenance system framework integrating BIM technology with next-generation information technologies,including cloud databases,GIS,and the Internet of Things,was developed,and the applicability of this technology in water conservancy operation and management was demonstrated.The results indicated that the BIM+water conservancy operation and maintenance model can integrate diverse data,including engineering terrain,pipeline networks,road information,fault maintenance records,and energy consumption monitoring data during the operation stage,providing solid data support for operational decision-making and risk warning of water conservancy projects,while significantly improving management efficiency through information-sharing mechanisms.
