Analysis of"20250623"rainstorm and flood event in Jingyuan County
为研究气候持续变化背景下的暴雨洪水灾害事件特征,基于靖远县"20250623"暴雨洪水资料,分析降水强度、洪峰流量及重现期等关键参数.对短历时"20250623"暴雨洪水过程选取典型调查断面,综合运用暴雨洪水调查法、曼宁公式法、P-Ⅲ型频率曲线适线法和地区经验公式,并融合"空天地"感知体系、5 min雨量遥测、测雨雷达监测及数字孪生等信息化技术,辅以产汇流及下垫面影响分析,研究暴雨洪水成因及特征.结果表明:本场暴雨历时短、强度高,为非锋面雨,暴雨中心位于粮窖村;暴雨中心3h降水量为50.2 mm,稀遇程度为10年一遇;暴雨(旱沟青杨村河段)形成的洪峰流量为199m3/s,重现期为10年一遇,与3 h暴雨稀遇程度一致.应用的水利信息化手段在暴雨实时监测与洪水动态分析中发挥重要作用.研究结果可为无资料地区暴雨洪水灾害调查及山洪预警提供方法借鉴与数据支撑.
To investigate the occurrence characteristics of rainstorm and flood disasters under the background of ongoing climate change,this study used the"20250623"rainstorm and flood event in Jingyuan County as a case study,focusing on key parameters including rainfall intensity,peak discharge,and return period.Typical survey sections were selected from the short-duration"20250623"rainstorm and flood event.A combination of methods was applied,including the rainstorm and flood survey method,Manning's formula,the Pearson Type Ⅲ(P-Ⅲ)frequency curve fitting method,and regional empirical formulas.These methods were integrated with information technologies such as the"Space-Air-Ground"integrated sensing system,5-min rainfall telemetry,rainfall radar monitoring,and digital twin technology,supplemented by analyses of runoff generation,flow concentration,and underlying-surface conditions,to investigate the causes and characteristics of the rainstorm and flood event.The results showed that this rainstorm had a short duration and high intensity and was a non-frontal rainfall event.The rainstorm center was located in Liangjiao Village.The 3-h precipitation amount at the rainstorm center reached 50.2 mm,corresponding to a return period of 10 years.The peak discharge of the flood(Han'gou River section at Qingyang Village)reached 199 m3/s,with a return period of 10 years,consistent with that of the 3-h rainstorm.The water information technologies applied in this study played an important role in real-time rainstorm monitoring and dynamic flood analysis.The findings provide methodological reference and data support for rainstorm-flood disaster investigation and flash flood warning in ungauged regions.
