目的:观察传统运动联合热量限制对超重/肥胖者体质量及肠道菌群的影响.方法:2022年6-7月通过宁夏医科大学附属中医医院门诊及社区公告招募的20名受试者,其中10名符合入组标准的超重/肥胖受试者为观察组,10名正常体质量受试者为对照组,分别于干预前及干预后2个月测量受试者的体质量,采集粪便样本并进行DNA抽提与高通量测序分析.结果:2组各有8名受试者完成了干预及样本采集.观察组受试者的体质量指数降低更明显,干预后2个月的肠道菌群多样性及丰富性均接近对照组受试者的水平,而对照组受试者该指标进一步得到了改善.在门水平,干预后2个月,观察组受试者的变形菌及梭杆菌丰度均显著降低(P<0.05),并接近对照组受试者水平;观察组受试者的厚壁菌/拟杆菌比例降低了 0.195,接近对照组受试者水平;对照组受试者的厚壁菌/拟杆菌比例降低了 0.087,降低幅度明显低于观察组.在属水平,干预后2个月,观察组受试者的大肠埃希菌属、Anaerotruncus菌属水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且接近对照组受试者水平.结论:联合干预后2个月,超重/肥胖受试者的体质量反弹比正常体质量受试者小,但肠道菌群结构与功能均有改善,超重/肥胖受试者的改善更明显.

Objective:To observe the effects of traditional exercise combined with caloric restriction on body weight and gut micro-biota in overweight/obese individuals.Methods:From June to July 2022,20 participants were recruited through outpatient clinics and community announcements of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Ningxia Medical University.Among them,10 overweight/obese participants who met the inclusion criteria were assigned to the observation group,and 10 normal-weight participants were assigned to the control group.Body weight was measured before intervention and two months after intervention.Fe-cal samples were collected for DNA extraction and high-throughput sequencing analysis.Results:A total of eight participants in each group completed the intervention and sample collection.Body mass index(BMI)decreased more significantly in the observation group.Two months after intervention,gut microbiota diversity and richness in the observation group approached those of the control group,while these indices in the control group further improved.At the phylum level,after two months of intervention,the relative a-bundances of Proteobacteria and Fusobacteria in the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05)and approached those of the control group.The Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio in the observation group decreased by 0.195,approaching the level of the con-trol group,while in the control group it decreased by 0.087,with a smaller reduction than that in the observation group.At the genus level,after two months of intervention,the abundances of Escherichia and Anaerotruncus in the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05)and approached those of the control group.Conclusion:Two months after combined intervention,weight rebound in overweight/obese participants was smaller than that in normal-weight participants.However,gut microbiota structure and function were improved in both groups,with more pronounced improvements observed in the overweight/obese group.
