目的:研究通降颗粒中β-环糊精包合挥发油的工艺条件,并初步表征包合物.方法:通过正交试验确定挥发油的最佳包合工艺条件.通过薄层色谱(TLC)、显微成像法、紫外吸收分光光度法(UV-vis)表征包合物形成新物象.开展高温稳定性考察,采用气相色谱法(GC)和分子对接推测β-环糊精与柠檬烯的最佳构象.结果:确认最佳包合工艺参数为挥发油(mL)与β-环糊精(g)的比例为1∶6,包合温度40℃,搅拌时间2 h.挥发油经β-环糊精包合后形成了新物相.挥发油热稳定性增强.β-环糊精与柠檬烯亲和力良好.结论:该工艺可使挥发油与β-环糊精形成稳定包合物,包合率高,工艺简单,在实际生产中合理可行.

Objective:To investigate the process conditions for β-cyclodextrin inclusion of volatile oil in Tongjiang Granules and to preliminarily characterize the inclusion complexes.Methods:The optimal inclusion process conditions for the volatile oil were de-termined using an orthogonal experimental design.The formation of new phases of the inclusion complexes was characterized using thin-layer chromatography(TLC),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).High-temperature stability was evaluated,and the optimal conformation between β-cyclodextrin and limonene was inferred using gas chro-matography(GC)and molecular docking.Results:The optimal inclusion conditions were determined to be a volatile oil(mL)to β-cyclodextrin(g)ratio of 1∶6,an inclusion temperature of 40 ℃,and a stirring time of 2 hours.After inclusion with β-cyclodextrin,the volatile oil formed a new phase.The thermal stability of the volatile oil was significantly improved.The β-cyclodextrin showed good affinity with limonene.Conclusion:This process enables the formation of stable inclusion complexes between volatile oil andβ-cyclodextrin,with a high inclusion efficiency and a simple procedure,demonstrating feasibility and rationality for practical pro-duction.
