颈舒颗粒的化学成分与药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物(Q-marker)预测OA
Research Progress of Chemical Components,Pharmacological Effects and Quality Marker Prediction of the Jingshu Keli
颈舒颗粒是由三七、当归、川芎、红花、天麻、肉桂和人工牛黄7味中药材组成的中药复方制剂,临床上广泛应用于神经根型颈椎病等肩颈疾病的治疗.现代研究表明,颈舒颗粒具有抗炎、镇痛、保护神经、调节血液循环等功效.本文综述了颈舒颗粒的化学成分、药理作用,并基于中药质量标志物的"五原则",对颈舒颗粒的质量标志物进行预测.结果提示三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、阿魏酸、藁本内酯、阿魏酸松柏酯、洋川芎内酯A、洋川芎内酯I、羟基红花色素A、肉桂醛、肉桂酸、天麻素、胆酸可作为颈舒颗粒的质量标志物,为其质量控制体系的建立及后续制剂开发提供参考.
Jingshu Keli is a traditional Chinese medicine composed of seven kinds of medicinal plants,Panax notoginseng,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Carthamus tinctorius,Gastrodia elata,Cinnamomum cassia,and artificial bovis calculus.It is widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and other shoulder and neck diseases.Modern research shows that Jingshu Keli exhibit anti-inflammatory,analgesic,neuroprotective,and microcirculation-improving effects.This article reviewed the main progress on studies of chemical components,pharmacological effects.And based on the"Five Principles"of quality markers for traditional Chinese medicine,the quality markers of Jingshu Keli were predicted.It was suggested that notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,ferulic acid,ligustilide,coniferyl ferulate,senkyunolide A,senkyunolide I,hydroxysafflor yellow A,cinnamaldehyde,cinnamic acid,gastrodin and cholic acid could be used as the quality markers of Jingshu Keli.
