高强度科创城区基面立体化设计策略研究OA
Research on Three-dimensional Design Strategy for the Base Surface of High-Intensity Sci-Tech Innovation Districts
中国城市步入存量更新时代,城市核心区的高强度建设引发公共空间稀缺、交通超载与环境恶化等系统挑战.本文聚焦高强度片区,提出"基面立体化"设计策略,依托高强度科创城区设计实践,构建由"空间容量—功能链接—设施布局"三要素构成的基面设计策略体系,该体系为开展高强度片区城市设计提供了清晰的技术分析框架与可操作的策略集合.研究表明,基面立体化已从单一交通链接的技术手法升维为重塑空间秩序、提升效能的核心路径,为高强度城市可持续发展提供理论模式与操作指南.
As China's cities enter the era of stock renewal,high-intensity development in urban cores has triggered systemic challenges such as scarce public space,overloaded transportation,and environmental degradation.This paper focuses on high-intensity zones and proposes a"three-dimensional base"design strategy.Drawing on the design practices of high-intensity sci-tech innovation districts,it constructs a three-element complementary base design strategy system of"space capacity-functional linkage-spatial arrangement".This system provides a clear technical analysis framework and actionable strategy set for urban design in high-intensity zones.The study shows that three-dimensional base design has evolved from a single technical approach of traffic linkage to a core pathway for reshaping spatial order and enhancing efficiency,offering a theoretical model and operational guidelines for the sustainable development of high-intensity cities.
