高光谱遥感技术凭借"图谱合一"的独特优势已成为矿产资源勘探领域的重要技术手段.针对矿产资源远景调查中典型蚀变矿物快速识别的需求,以青海海德乌拉地区资源一号02D高光谱影像为数据源,结合研究区铀矿相关蚀变矿物的光谱特征与影像固有噪声特性,构建了绢云母、绿泥石、方解石、白云石和赤铁矿等典型蚀变矿物的光谱参数模型.通过影像预处理、参数模型构建、信息提取与制图的技术流程,实现了研究区典型矿物的精准识别与空间分布可视化.该方法有效规避了传统光谱匹配法的阈值选择难题和机器学习方法的样本依赖问题,同时降低了影像预处理噪声对提取结果的干扰.实验结果表明:提取的矿物分布与研究区实地验证高度契合,可为区域矿产资源远景调查提供高效、可靠的遥感技术支撑.

Hyperspectral remote sensing technology,leveraging its unique advantage of integration of imagery and spectroscopy,has emerged as a pivotal technical approach in the domain of mineral resource exploration.To address the demand for rapid identification of typical alteration minerals in mineral resource surveys,this study employs the hyperspectral imagery acquired by the ZY-1 02D satellite over the Haidewula area in Qinghai as the data source.By integrating the spectral characteristics of uranium mineralization alteration minerals and the inherent noise properties of the imagery,spectral parameter models for typical alteration minerals—including sericite,chlorite,calcite,dolomite,and hematite—were constructed.Through a technical workflow encompassing image preprocessing,parameter model development,information extraction,and cartographic visualization,precise identification,spatial distribution of the target minerals in the study area were realized.This method effectively circumvents the threshold selection challenges associated with traditional spectral matching techniques and the sample dependency issue inherent in machine learning approaches,while simultaneously mitigating the interference of preprocessing noise on extraction outcomes.Experimental results demonstrated that the spatial distribution of the extracted minerals exhibited a high degree of consistency with field validation data from the study area.Therefore,this work provides an efficient and reliable remote sensing technical support for regional mineral resource surveys.
