一种集成北斗与智能算法的核安保监管终端设计与实现OA
Design and implementation of a nuclear security monitoring terminal integrating BeiDou and intelligent algorithms
核材料运输过程中的安全监管是核工业发展的关键保障环节.针对当前监管设备集成度低、数据安全风险高、续航能力不足以及异常识别依赖人工阈值判断等问题,设计并实现了一种高度集成化的货包监管终端,并提出改进自适应卡尔曼滤波(IAKF)的多传感器数据融合算法及分割点改进的轻量级孤立森林(iForest-SP)异常检测算法.终端以ARM Cortex-M4主控芯片为核心,集成了辐射探测模块、红外温度传感模块、PUF硬件加密模块、北斗三号短报文与定位模块、防拆监测模块、姿态监测模块、蓝牙/4G/网口多模自适应通信接口以及独立供电单元.所有模块采用小型化一体化结构设计,快拆螺丝与防水航插连接,便于维护.同时应用提出的IAKF多传感器数据融合算法及iForest-SP异常检测算法,解决传感器环境干扰与多源异构数据下异常精准识别的难题.实验结果表明:货包监管终端异常检测准确率≥97.9%,单次续航超21 d,满足核材料公路、铁路和近海全场景运输监管需求.本研究成果为核材料运输安全监管提供了高可靠硬件基础与智能分析手段,具有良好的工程应用价值.
Safety supervision during the transportation of nuclear materials serves as a critical guarantee for the development of the nuclear industry.Aiming at the current deficiencies of supervision equipment,including low integration,high data security risks,insufficient endurance,and anomaly recognition relying on manual threshold judgment,this paper designs and implements a highly integrated package supervision terminal.Meanwhile,a multi-sensor data fusion algorithm based on the Improved Adaptive Kalman Filter(IAKF)and a lightweight Isolation Forest anomaly detection algorithm with improved split points(iForest-SP)are proposed.Taking the ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller as the core,the terminal integrates a radiation detection module,an infrared temperature sensing module,a PUF hardware encryption module,a BDS-3 short message service and positioning module,a tamper-proof monitoring module,an attitude monitoring module,a Bluetooth/4G/Ethernet multi-mode adaptive communication interface,and an independent power supply unit.All modules adopt a miniaturized integrated structural design and are connected via quick-release screws and waterproof aviation connectors for convenient maintenance.Furthermore,the proposed IAKF multi-sensor data fusion algorithm and iForest-SP anomaly detection algorithm are employed to address the challenges of sensor environmental interference and accurate anomaly identification from multi-source heterogeneous data.Experimental results demonstrate that the anomaly detection accuracy of the package supervision terminal is≥97.9%,with a single endurance of more than 21 days,meeting the supervision requirements of nuclear material transportation across all scenarios including road,railway and offshore routes.The research results provide a highly reliable hardware foundation and intelligent analysis method for the safety supervision of nuclear material transportation,possessing favorable engineering application value.
